Chiropractic

Megan is originally from Woodstock,Ontario where she grew up on a small hobby farm. Her love of medicine started at a young age as she trailed alongside her dad who was a country veterinarian. She moved to the north in 2018 and has enjoyed all it has to offer. She has a passion for helping people and focuses on holistic care, encompassing all aspects of health in each individual.

Megan has over 18 years nursing experience, originally obtaining her Bachelor’s of Nursing degree in 2006. In 2018, Megan completed her Master’s of Nursing and her Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioners Certification at Western University. She further added to her training in 2019 but completing medical aesthetics training for neuromodulators from the American Association of Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles.

When she was first introduced to osteopathic therapy following a sports related injury, she was getting treated by a graduate and quickly realized it was improving her injuries, as she continued getting treatment she became more interested in how osteopathy was helping the body and was eager to learn more!

Katie Howard, RMT has been living and working in the Almaguin Highlands area as a Registered Massage Therapist for several years. She loves this vibrant community. When not working she is often found with her family in Magnetwawn. We are usually on the water in the summer or at the rink in the winter.

Dr. Megan Arlidge grew up in Collingwood, Ontario, where she was heavily involved with the alpine community as a competitive downhill ski racer and coach at Craigleith Ski Club. After leaving her hometown, she moved to Kingston to pursue a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology at Queen’s University, from which she graduated with Honours.
